Design Renewal

For your design registration to be active in the jurisdiction where it is registered, a payment of renewal is required which will extend the effectivity of the design’s protection.

Different jurisdictions may require payment of renewal per year or for a period of years.

Non-payment of renewal fees will result into lapse of your design registration. This means that you will not enjoy exclusive use of your design and will now be open for public’s use.
