What is Non-use Cancellation (NUC)?
If the registered trademark has not been used without any justifiable reason for three (3) consecutive years (five (5) years in some jurisdictions), anyone can request a cancellation against the registration based on non-use.
Why Non-use Cancellation (NUC)?
Prior registrations may block your trade mark applications. You may considering filing non-use cancellation (NUC) as an attempt to remove obstacles.
